Nick's first day back at therapy after vacation went very well. His therapist said that whatever we were doing - keep doing it. We think that walking in the pool is what helped so we are in the process of joining a health club with an indoor pool so that he can get more practice.

On October 27th we will be traveling to Ruston to Louisiana Tech so that he can be evaluated for an Augmentative communication device. This will enable him to talk to anyone by using a computer generated voice mechanism. Although his speech is getting better, we thought that this might help him to communicate with the outside world.
