DOING BETTER!!
We are starting to understand what Nick says much better now. This morning he asked, "Do we have any pop tarts?" I understood him. Last Saturday, he started something new. He can now slide off of his chair, crawl on the floor, then kneel or lie and do push ups from his waist. Sunday, he got back onto the couch by himself and then tried to stand. This is very exciting to us. It is like he is doing the same kinds of moves that babies do before they can walk. We are hoping that this is part of a process that will bring him back on his feet again. The speech therapist said yesterday that he is now back where he was last January when he was doing so well. We can only hope that this path will continue. I cannot thank you all enough for all of your prayers. They have brought us through the valleys.

I am so excited! This is great news. Love the pictures. I can't wait to see you. I guess it's time for me to start looking for the right horse, so you can come ride. I hope to have one or two in time for Spring. I'll let you know. Until then, keep up the great work! Talk to you soon.
